- Is there a reception at the hotel?
Hi Hotel is a self-service hotel. It is fully automated and unmanned accommodation is provided by electronic code locks. In case of questions or problems with checking in or booking a reservation, we are available 24-hour (call +48 58 670 47 06).
- What time and how do I check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts from 3pm. On arrival day at 11am, Guests receive individual access codes to the hotel entrance and room by E-mail and SMS. Check-in time is until 11am the following day. To check out, simply close the room door and type four zeros (0000) on the keypad.
- Is there any breakfast served?
If so, what form it is in? To have breakfast, you need to select the Elastic or the Non-refundable (with breakfast) offer when booking a reservation. The buffet breakfast is served daily from 6:30am to 9:30am. The cost of breakfast is 25PLN.
- Is there a parking lot and is it guarded?
There is a monitored car park on the hotel area only for hotel guests. If you are not our guest, the cost of parking space is 200 PLN/day. In this case, please send an E-mail to info@hihotel.pl with you car make, model and plate numbers.
- How do I pay for my stay?
The fee for the stay should be paid when booking a reservation.
- Where is the hotel located?
The hotel is located 800m from the Lech Walesa Airport in Gdansk at 32 Spadochroniarzy Street.
